My passions are great food, music, traveling, and all things politics.

This is my first blog. I have a Facebook group called “Success Creators.” I’ve been writing content for quite some time on jobs, federal careers, loving “slippery socks” aka. older gentlemen, scholarships, and how to enter into cyber careers. I’ve been using social media since the days of AOL and Yahoo groups.

This blog is “Simply Ebony” where I will talk about everything from politics, to how to land your dream career. You will also get information on how to hire me to help you live the life of your dreams.  I’ll discuss my travels, talk a little about pop culture and music, and let you into my personal life.  You will not want to miss this journey trust me!

I’m outspoken behind the keyboard. In person I observe quietly and once I warm up you won’t be able to keep me quiet.  I’m never afraid to pursue my passions and I always say exactly what I feel.  You will get “Simply Ebony” raw and unfiltered. Sit-back. Relax. Enjoy.

I am a noted public speaker that specializes in talking about the transition from military into civilian life. I conduct outreach in communities to raise awareness about sexual assault and domestic violence.  I speak frequently to the youth in schools and at community events.  I’m savvy with digital media and marketing. I enjoy writing and help others to find their dream careers.  I’ve been in the same room as President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Oprah and Kerry Washington as one of the selected nominees for the White House United State of Women.  I’ve been honored as the Next Generation of Government Innovator of the Year and the Rising Star for the Young Democrats of Maryland Women’s Caucus.  In addition, I was honored to receive the Dunkin Donuts Community Hero Award.
